The cover trans-shipped at Baziasch and struck with "BAZIAS" cds (April 15) at right and by italic "PER DAMPFSCHIFF" upon arrival in Vienna (applied to loose Ship Letters) in black where charged "10 kr." due (for postage within Austria) in red manuscript. Superb strike and of great rarity - this adhesive issue was not sold at Oreava and this cover bears the earliest recorded strike of this rare marking. An exhibition item for the connoisseur.
