Lot 2912 - europe ddsg - Corinphila Auction AG Auction 309-320 - Europe & Overseas - Day 5DDSG / DSNC 1870: 10 kr. green, perf. 9½, a used example on circa 1869 wrapper from Sistov to Rustchuk, cancelled by rare usage of Roman dated "AUSFOLGT" (Delivered) circular datestamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 823). A very rare usage of this datestamp on letter - translated as "Forwarded" by Tchilinghirian and "Delivered" by Ringström & Tester. The cancellation was utilised briefly prior to the delivery of the Roman dated Sistov datestamp. Insignicant imperfections but very rare. Signed Holcombe. Cert. There are just two recorded covers bearing this marking, discussed in Tchilinghirian on page 518, the recorded covers (both dated 1863) belonging to Franz See and Edwin Müller respectively.
