Edinburgh B A A S temporary skeleton cancel on plain registered cover with ½d pale orange (SG503) & 6d purple (SG470) tied, full clear cancel 8 Aug 1951 to left & further cancel on the large blank registration label. Used at the 1951 annual conference held in Edinburgh of the British Association for the Advancement of Science Backstamped with same skeleton. Very scarce display quality item.
