1904年5月西式封自武昌寄湖南永州，背面贴蟠龙半分双连，销武昌半切戳，旁盖汉口半切戳、衡州邮政局碑型戳、极罕见之湘潭椭圆戳和永州邮政局碑型到达戳。正面盖有武昌一号信箱戳。邮路清晰。上品。
