Large negative seal on left side (An canibi posta I Beyrout), and another negative seal "Important Document". During the pre-philatelic period 1840-1863 there was no post office in Jerusalem city, but had a staging station where the mail from Jerusalem was sealed and delivered through the Beirout post office.
