Austrian Post Offices / Crimean War 1855c.: Official cover from the Consul General of the Starost in Fokschan with corresponding handstamp in blue used as cover seal on reverse, sent to the administration in Tekutsch / Tecuciu with neat "K.K.FELDPOSTAMT 3e Ae Cs 19/7" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 737) and handwritten file number '849' on obverse. File folds but a fine usage of this very rare datestamp of the third Austrian Army Corps on a civilian cover, opens well for display.
