1902: Meched Provisional Issue 5 ch. black, a fine example with large margins all round (Gi 219) with Victor Castaign signature in red, used on reverse of 1902 cover to Teheran tied by MECHED circular datestamp in black (March 15) leaving the top right corner clear and showing "Farsi figure "5" Doubled" variety - the sole recorded example and certainly the sole example known on cover.
