1851: Entire letter bilingually addressed to the Sardinian Consul in Aleppo struck with negative "An janib Beirut" handstamp in blue (Coles & Walker fig. 1) with reverse showing superb "Consolato di Sardegna in Bayrouth" seal with Royal Arms vignette on reverse in blue; and 1858 entire letter from Aleppo to Antioch without postal markings.
