Russian Post Office 1861: Entire letter from Jassy to Kishineff (now Chisinau, Moldova) struck on despatch with superb Cyrillic "ЯCCБI" JASSY circular datestamp (March 20) well struck in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 43) with Kishinev arrival cds (March 23) in black on obverse. Turkish rate at left "1 / 1-30" in manuscript (piastres-paras). An extremely rare entire that opens well for Exhibit display. Ex collection Sassower.
