1915, 5pia. Crescent and Six-pointed Star overprinted on 1908 5 pia. (Mi.Nr. 149) printed matter stamp instead of 5 pia. postage stamp, used by negative post seal. Only the printed matter stamp of 1908 is known, the 1905/06 issue is unrecorded . Not listed in the Yvert, Scott and old Isfila 2005 catalogue. Mentioned in Michel under A335 and in the newest Isfila. The Michel gives a price also for unused. This stamp is hardly ever offered, if at all, proof of which lies in the fact that most catalogues have not even mentioned it. Used as well as in unused condition, this does not reflect the value and scarcity of this stamp. ONE OF THE RAREST STAMPS OF THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE. Certificate Nakri AIEP (2021).
