1948, forged Great Britain King George V Consular stamps, printed in the 1940s for the Hagana to use on Aliya Certificates, large se-tenant pane of 18, with 2x1sh, 12x3sh, 2x5sh, and 5x10sh green and purple and red, printed on yellowish gummed paper, perforated with top and bottom margins, n.h., some perf. separations, fine, and rare items. Estimate: $700 - 1500

Palestine: 1918 (Feb.) 1p. indigo and 5m. on 1p. cobalt-blue, overprinted ''SPECIMEN'' (Samuel type PA1) and in a horizontal pair, fine without gum as issued and very rare multiples.
