Lot 1686 - g.b postal history railway stamps and letters - Argyll Etkin Ltd Worldwide Stamps and Postal HistoryGreat Western. 1846 Entire sent from London to Cheltenham by rail, the reverse with a large blue parcel stamp. The entire then readdressed back to Woods Hotel in London and posted at Cheltenham prepaid 2d in cash. A very unusual and scarce early railway letter, carried as a parcel.
