(on reverse violet oval stamp "FORWARDED BY COX & CO. 16, CHARING CROSS S.W.) to Florence in Italy, there because of insufficient franking with 5 C and 10 C Italian postage due in FIRENZE, 13.2.08, retaxed and forwarded again by post to Jerusalem. On arrival at JERUSALEM, 24.II.08, with 20 Para dark green postage due stamp of Austrian Levant. Cover with small stains & wear. Exceptional, extremely rare and probably unique franking and postage paid combination.
