Bucaresti' in manuscript and struck with outstanding oval framed BUKAREST / IN DER WALLACHEY handstamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 706). Oval framed transit VON / HERMANSTADT / FRANCO in red, reverse with circular negative seal handstamp of disinfection and complete red wax seal 'SIGIL. SANITATIS ROTHENTHURN' where disinfected. A few minor faults but a rare entire of splendid appearance.
