1859: Provisional Government, 20 c. dark-blue from Sardinia with circular date stamp 'PIACENZA 14 AGO 59' on an envelope addressed to Bologna, emanating from the first period of the provisional use of Sardinian stamps in Parmian territory. The stamp has full to large margins on top and to the right, is shaved at left, and slightly touched at the bottom left. Sassone (A3-Piacenza). Sassone = € 45'000.
