1883/1923: Postal Stationery accumulation of twenty-four examples, including scarce 1883 10 c. orange commercially used from San José to Paris sent 26 December 1886 with arrival datestamp 22 January 1887, also two used examples of the 1883 5 c. blue, plus eighteen CTO cards/envelopes, as well as two 10 c. Columbus embossed with overprint 'PAGADURIA NACIONAL', with an unused 13 c. statue of Juan Mora Fernandez with 'LIBRE DE PORTE' overprint in black and 2 c. blue 'SPECIMEN' card (Columbus looking to right) with handstamp in violet 'To be held for Reference', together with a 1910 unused H&G 13, a fine and useful group.
