c.1968 5c indigo on white with 'DEFENCE FORCES ENVELOPE' at upper-left, unrecorded knife with self-adhesive flap & two small side-flaps (the rear panel removed), unused. The only example known to us. Ex Phil Collas (pencil note on the reverse) & Andy Jansen. This is probably an unadopted essay. [With the normal issued envelope on buff stock with standard knife, CTO at AFPO 3 at Vung Tau, for comparison]
