British Protectorate 1815/64 1845: Prepaid entire letter from Cefalonia to Patras, Greece struck on despatch with hooded "CEFALONIA" datestamp in black (Aug 9) and "2d." local rate in manuscript, very fine "♚ / PAID AT CEFALONIA" in black with "5d." manuscript ship rate in ink adjacent; reverse with Patras arrival cds in black (July 22j) and charged "10" lepta due in manuscript. A fine and rare entire Gi = £ 1'800.
