China, 1897, Large Figures Wide Surcharge on Dowager 2nd Ptg., 1¢ on 1ca red orange, with surcharge shifted downwards, variety resulting in the bottom half of cents were removed. This stamp was probably from the top row, as the corresponding surcharge from the upper stamp was not present, without gum, Fine to Very Fine.
