1834 EL posted from Syros with administrative mark "ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ*ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΣ. ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜ. ΣΥΡΑΣ" (same post mark shown on book cover of Mr. Raftopoulos) with oval "ΠΛΗΡΩΜΕΝΟΝ" and manuscript postage rates "4" (probably pence) on front and "30+10/40" (Austrian ship postages), arr. "COFRU*13 AGOSTO 1834". On Raftopoulos study the date of Syras mark was October. ONLY 2 KNOWN WITH THIS POST MARK. RRRR.
