Stamps of Antigua Overprinted 1876/83: 6 d. green, wmk. Crown CC, perf. 14, a used vertical bisect (right half) on 1883 cover to St. Kitts, tied by "A08" obliterator with 'Montserrat / Paid' cds at left (Dec 15) in black and fine 'St. Kitts' arrival cds in black also on obverse (Dec 16) of a fine and very rare cover. An overpayment of the 2½ d. rate by ½ d. File fold away from the adhesive, some overall soiling but a rare and most attractive usage Gi = £ 6'500.
