1863: 10 c. blue and 20 c. red used on registered large part cover to Rio Negro, touched to large margins (the 10 c. shows potion of adjoining stamp), tied by CALI / FRANCA oval handstamps in black. Manuscript 'Certificada en Cali el 9 de Mayo' at upper right and refolded '#' markings at top denoting registration, with docketing of receipt also on front panel.
