1867/81: 6 d. blue, a used example on printed and illustrated envelope with circular "Independent Order of Good Templars, Victoria" and "Grand Lodge of Victoria of the Independent Order of Good Templars" in blue, tied by "Sandhurst / 4" duplex (March 25) with London arrival at left (May 17) in red. Some minor scuff but most unusual.
