1873 cover franked with Austrian 3kr green (1867 issue), used in combination with 2kr engraved (1871 issue) from Nagy-Varad Varos 2/7/73 to Budapest, with arrival pmk (3/7), charged "8kr" postage due in manuscript (the 1867 issue was no longer valid for postage, hence 3kr due and penalty of 5kr was imposed), filing fold away from the stamps, fine and interesting post 1871 usage (illustrated in Ryan's "The rarest mixed frankings of Hungary," page 153, No.240), with 1993 Ferenc Orban certificate.
