Paris 1889) to Zurich, Switzerland, tied by squared "MILANO/22/10-92/3 S/FERROVIA" cds, Zurich arrival cds on reverse. Envelope not opened perfectly and piece of paper adhered at back, but an attractive cover. A VERY RARE BISECTED 5c. in pair with normal for reduced 7½c. rate ON COVER.
