1860-1969 - A small accumulation being the balance of an old time collection. Mixed condition QV from surface ptd. vals to 1/-(6) & 2/6(2)used, incl 4d grey brown pl.18 & 9d pl.4. A few used Officials incl. I.R. 6d grey pl.18 nicely used(cat £140). A couple of poor 6d embossed, a few low values m or mainly unused. KEVII with unused or mint vals to 7d, incl ½d blue green u.m. marginal block of 12. KGV with low vals m or unused to 4d incl. 5 control singles to 4d, Wembley 1925 1½d mint(2), a nice 1918 2/6 Seahorse used, a very nicely cancelled re-engraved 5/- with small fault & a Consular Service 7/6 fine used. A few mint/u.m. QEII with 2 x mint Coronation sets (1953) & no wmk Castles high vals set in pairs. Mixed condition, poor to very fine. An interesting lot to play with!!
