Franked by Itlian express stamp 1.25 L 1932 issue to pay the express delivery fee, and 1.50 Din. provisional stamp for the province of Lubiana to pay inland postage 50 C. ( at the rate 3 Din. = 1 L. ). The occupation stamp was no longer valid and has been marked as such. However it has been accepted andcancelled at the receiving post office, and postage due has not been charged. Italian censor cachet and sealing strip.
