"Very rare 10 kop stationery letter from St. Petersburg 29.XI.1858 via Königsberg and Bromberg to Braunschweig. Use of stationery letters in international mail was forbidden until 1864. Post officer has cancelled the stamp imprint with ink crosses and sender has been obliged to pay the postage in cash, ""franco"". MAJOR STATIONERY RARITY! Certificate: Mikulski (2005)"
