"24" and adjacent Ra2 "CARLSRUHE 21 Jul. (1859) on reverse not complete envelope of 2nd weight class to Bern. On reverse transit postmark of the Baden Travelling Post Office and of Basel as well as arrival postmark. Traces of transport, 3 values with creases, otherwise original condition.
