Censored and taxed on arrival with 1M+8M(1928-45 issue) Postage due issue, both tied by TEL AVIV c.d.s. Front shows scarce boxed "TO PAY/m.s. 9/MILS" tax mark, alongside "T" and in manuscript "2 1/2c" annotation. Cyprus 27 censor mark. Very nice and attractive cover. Scott J12, J16.
