Folded cover posted from Rio de Janeiro to London on 31/JUL/1844, carried privately from Rio to Le Havre (possibly by a forwarding agent) and handed to agents in La Havre, who dispatched it via Post to London (see blue backstamp: "Acheminee par WANNER LANGER & Co. Havre"), excellent quality, very interesting!
