Hebrew ms "Now there are no stamps of 15mils (Total) at the post office" (i.e. at Kfar Ata) and red pencil "T10" (postage due marking CROSSED OUT. One of the scarcest usages possible for the Doar Ivri issues, as the use of a bisect was against regulations and rarely encountered.
