U.S., Comprehensive Collection. Meticulously housed in two Scott Platinum albums with dust covers with an immense catalog value; this impressive collection begins with the 1847 issue #'s 1 and 2 both neatly cancelled, a unused #3 1875 reproduction (only 4779 issued), a nice group of 1851 imperfs including choice examples of 12-16 and a 17 pair; 1857 perforated issues are nearly complete and include 27, 28, 30, 31, 37-38; 1861 issue include 67-72 and 75-78; 1867 grills include 83, 85B, 86-91 and 92-100; 1869 Pictorials are only missing 122 for completeness; an impressive selection of Banknote issues with every space filled (some not properly identified); 219-229 complete used; 1893 Columbians to the $3; Bureau issues 246-263 and 264-277; Trans Mississippis to the 50 cent value, 1901 Pan-Ams complete 294-99; choice 1902 regular issues including a used 313; attractive mostly used Washington Franklins with a few unused including 523; there are complete sets of 551-573, 581-91, and 658-679; Back of book include C1-C6 complete unused, Special Delivery complete mint or used E1-E19, some decent Postage Dues including a scarce used J58; there's an interesting group of Officials and Parcel Post issues Q1-Q12, along with a set of Parcel Post Dues JQ1-5; Ducks are complete in mint or used condition RW1-70; a very impressive holding that goes far with completeness but lacks in overall quality with numerous faulty stamps present particularly on the more expensive stamps; even with that said this collection would make a great lot for any Ebay dealer looking for an impressive selection to offer their clientele.
