France 1.50Fr vertical pair with" "E.I.P.A."" perfins (Scott C6b) cancelled by Paris Aug. 16, 1933 datestamps, plus 25c & Ifr + 25c adhesives on reverse tied by same French postmarks, adjacent Bucharest Aug. 17, 1933 receiving; a couple of stamps missing, 2014 Sergio Sismondo certificate.
