Russia, ORGEEV (Bessarabia Guberniya), 1878-93, group of 42 stamps with duplication, including 1878 (Chuchin 3 x2 & 4), 1878 (6), 1879 (7 x4 & 8), 1880 (9-10), 1882 (13-14), 1885 (15 x7, including strip of four & three used singles), 1885 (16), 1893 (20 x9, including strip of five & pair) & 1893 (21 x7, including block of four and three used singles). We also noted a home-made cover with 3k carmine local stamp issued in 1885, and tied by blue circular handstamp, Fine to Very Fine.
