Pkt.' datestamp (April 11) in black. Front of cover with manuscript '1s.' (shilling) and '40' (cents) charge for Transatlantic rate (per Cunard Steamer 'America') and with Inland fee added, struck with '45' rate marking in black. A scarce destination for Egyptian mail at this date.
