Australia - Queensland. 1900 (Apr 18) Stampless cover to Dalby, Queensland with F.P.O 7 c.d.s, headed "On active service, stamps not procurable (Q.I.B)", a 1d charge shown in pencil but apparently delivered free of charge, with T.P.O Queensland and Dalby backstamps, a fine Queensland Contingent cover. Also a cover from Brisbane to Pretoria franked Queensland 21⁄2d, with triangular Pretoria Press Censor cachet. (2).
