1937 (Sep 28/29) Covers from Jericho to Germany bearing 5m pair or from Er Ramle to Scotland franked 13m, both recovered from the "Courtier" which crashed in Phaleron Bay. The cover to Germany sealed with a transparent printed seal "Amtlich verschlossen" with a Munich c.d.s and the violet cachet "Aus verunglucktem Flugzeug / durch asst geborgen"; the other cover with violet boxed "DAMAGED BY / SEA WATER / IN AIRPLANE / ACCIDENT", both fine.
