Palestine Used in Cilicia. 1919 (Oct 10) Cover to Germany directed via the Red Cross in Geneva, with 1p tied bilingual "TARSOUS" c.d.s. Handstamped violet boxed "Vendu par: / L’AGENCE INTERNATIONALE / DES PRISONNIERS DE GUERRE" with "OCCUPES / Zone - Nord - Cilicie / TARSOUS - CENSURE" on the reverse, backstamped at Adana. Fine and very unusual.
