1891 Stampless cover to Paris endorsed "Pas de timbres au Niger" with a superb violet oval datestamp "THE NIGER TERRITORIES / POST / 25 MAY 91 / OFFICE / AKASSA" (type 1) and framed "T/LV" applied in Liverpool, marked "50" in blue and "100" in red with a 1fr postage due applied. Part of the address neatly erased, otherwise fine, scarce and unusual to France. Photo on Page 193.
