1903 Unpaid covers from Philadelphia to Bluefields both handstamped "T", one charged 20c with 20c due overprinted "1901 Correos" applied; the other charged 30c with 1900 10c and 1901 20c on 5p applied. Two scarce uses of postage stamps used to collect postage due charges, the stamps all tied by oval Bluefields datestamps. (2).
