1947 (Nov 18) Cover with Palestine 10m tied by Jerusalem c.d.s, addressed in hebrew to Yacov Cohen in Kfar Saba, the senders address given as "Yehoshua Cohen via Vice General, Inspector of Secret Police, Palestine" with violet boxed "PASSED / 18 NOV. 1947 / BY CENSOR" below. A little shortened at left with small piece torn from the reverse left edge, not affecting the writing or cachet. Cohen was later Ben Gurion’s friend in Kibbutz Sde Boher. Scarce.
