Ballon Monte. 1870 (Nov 12) Printed Lettre-Journal De Paris No. 7, with supplement No. 7 (which reports the authorisation to send microfilmed replies back to Paris by pigeon) , sent to Tours with 20c tied by "35" in a star, Paris Ministere des Finances c.d.s alongside, backstamped upon arrival (Nov 20?). Light vertical fold, otherwise fine and very attractive, flown on the "General Ulrick". Photo on Page 155.
