Front shows boxed PD and manuscript endorsement " Via Wien, Warna". At the back transits Vienna, Lindau and Austrian P.O. at Constantinople arrival c.d.s. Light horizontal filing fold. Letter was overpaid by 20Rp using old correct tariff of 65Rp which was in usage up to 28 November 1868 - NEW rate of 45Rp was introduced in 1st September 1868.
