Pkt Paid / Feb 24" transit c.d.s. and boxed "Aachen 10/3 / Franco", c.d.s. arrival backstamp (12 Mar), moisture stain at left, a lovely franking and otherwise very fine, with 2023 Philatelic Foundation certificate.
