Auction #116 - ARGENTINA: "Budget" auction with many interesting lots

GJ.7, 5c. with accent over the U, with Santa Fe cancel in blue, VERY RARE cancel: the month reads "9OY" instead of "NOV", and the "Y" is broken, probably it was ill composed because some letters were missing, superb, signed by Kneitschel!
