90¢ deep blue, Reprint (47), without gum as issued, gorgeous deep rich color, a nice example of this incredibly scarce reprint, of which only 454 were sold, a difficult stamp to find in any condition; painted over toned spot at right is virtually invisible to the naked eye, and reperforated at left, otherwise Fine; 2013 P.S.E. certificate.
