1871: Lithographed 25 kr. violet, small piece bearing a single (Type VIII) and a horizontal strip of five (Types IV-III-II-I-IX), the single just touched at top right of piece but the strip superb and of fresh colour - the plating confirms that the single would have been the sixth stamp on the strip; all tied by by BROOD 28/5 circular datestamps in black. Slight trace of blue ink on stamps four and five in this remarkable strip (one of the largest known), otherwise extremely fine for such a rare multiple. Signed Ferenc Orban; Cert.
