PORTOMARKEN - 1925/40, three taxed covers incl. one from Cape Town (16.5.1925, airmail stamps 3d blue + 2 x 1d red on reverse) but taxed with vertical pair postage due 2d black & pale violet to Durban, stampless printed matter from Ladysmith (13.5.1940) to Durban with 1d postage due and a 2c stat. envelope from Columbia/USA (9.2.1928) to Durban with postage dues 1 1/2d black & yellow-brown (two singles), all with several tax markings and transit/arrival pmks., minor blemishes but an unusual trio!
