Fresh colour and good perforation, unused with full original gum, a very fine example from which ONLY SEVEN COPIES EXIST. [Yvert poste aérienne # 1bA: 18.500 EUR, Michel 183 c (very underpriced), Scott C3.] On reverse official boxed handstamp "servicio aero ..." and signed Dr. Duron and with Pascal Scheller certificate (2010): "Probably the finest of the seven issued and one of the rarest Air Post stamps in the world." The Rare Red Honduras is described in "Linn´s Philatelic Gems" (volume 2, 1989): "Most collectors are familiar with the world´s greatest airmail rarity - the Black Honduras.
